Experience Singapore’s first Neo-Indian cuisine from the coast of India: discover a unique blend of avant-garde culinary techniques and traditional recipes.
Ammakase is the Indian interpretation of Japanese Omakase, a dining experience that involves placing one's trust in the chef's culinary skills to create a personalized meal.

Please arrive by 6.50 pm for registration, so that we can start at 7 pm.
The featured wines will be available for purchase at very special prices during the event.
For the session to proceed, we need a minimum of 10 guests. Else, we will reschedule to another date. If so, guests will be notified well in advance and they will have the choice to opt for a refund, if they so prefer.
