Carrick Unravelled Pinot Noir 2021 is matured in French oak barrique for 8 months, with 7% new oak, the Unravelled is a light-bodied and finely structured Pinot Noir.
The 2019 vintage has lovely balance, with red plum, rhubarb and raspberry coulis notes, as well as hints of liquorice and clove. We enjoy this as our everyday drinking wine.
