Mitchelton Preece Shiraz is cultivated from the desirable Cambrian soils on Mount Burramboot's Eastern slopes in Heatcote, Victoria, located 150m above sea level.
The Mediterranean climate provides generous flavors and supple tannins, and the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
A full-bodied palate of plum, blueberry, and spice with balanced oak and round tannins that culminate in a lengthy, flavorful finish.
