Return & Refund

You are advised and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies or damage. Failure which, the Company will in its sole discretion, not accord a replacement or refund.

In the event of:

wrong delivery where the delivered products do not match your order, we will arrange for replacement,

breakage of wines in the process of delivering to you, we will arrange for replacement

undrinkable wine, we will arrange for replacement or refund after verification with our team of experts

All wines returned should not be less than half bottle for our verification

Once you report a situation like the above, our experts will investigate and their decisions will be final and binding and no further dispute will be entertained.

We decline all responsibilities to other problems that can occur due to misuse or inappropriate handling and storage of the products.
