What types of wines do you offer?

We offer the full range: Red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines across major regions, all varietals, and price points. Most bottles are 750 ml unless otherwise specified.

Do you provide tasting notes and pairings?

Yes. Many product pages include tasting notes and suggested pairings. Feel free to contact us should you need anything specific.

Can I request a specific wine that isn’t listed?

Yes, please contact us via Whatsapp chat or email, and we will try to help source it.

Will the bottle label or vintage match the photo?

While our effort is to keep all information on the site current and accurate, the label or vintage may sometimes differ from what is provided on product pages; if you are particular about this, contact us to confirm before purchase.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

It's easy. Just add items to the cart and checkout. Unless specified, discounts and special prices will be automatically applied to your order during checkout. Your order is processed after successful payment is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayNow, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and UnionPay.

Do you guarantee that the wines I order are available and in stock?

The wines listed on our site are normally in stock. In case some wines run out of stock, we update our system and put a “Sold Out” label. If an order comes through before the system is updated, we will contact you and recommend a replacement, or you can choose to cancel your order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Just contact us via Whatsapp chat or email. Changes may not be possible after processing begins.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before we have it ready for delivery. Please note a small fee will be levied towards bank/payment processing charges. Just contact us via Whatsapp chat if you need help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where and when do you deliver?

Orders are delivered within 3 business days after processing (excluding public holidays). Delivery must be received by someone 18+; ID may be requested.

Do you offer urgent delivery?

If you require an urgent delivery, we could possibly arrange an exclusive delivery and charge you an extra fee for it. Send us a message via Whatsapp chat, and we will get back to you soonest on whether we can do so and the extra delivery fee.

What are the delivery fees?

Any order you place will be delivered to the address you specify. For orders of $250 and above, we will deliver free. For less than $250, a delivery fee of $15 will be applied.

Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Since the actual time of delivery depends on the number of deliveries for the day and their routing, it is not possible to offer customers exact time slots. Please contact us via WhatsApp chat with your request, and we will try to adhere on a "best effort" basis. We do not offer self-collection service.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, we will contact you to inform you of the delivery schedule. For updates, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies or damage; otherwise, a replacement/refund may not be provided.

When do you replace or refund?

We offer replacements for wrong delivery (items do not match your order) and breakage during delivery. For undrinkable wine, we offer replacements or refunds after verification by our experts.

How do I report an issue?

Send us a message via Whatsapp chat or email within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos (if applicable).

Any exclusions?

Issues due to misuse or improper handling/storage are not covered. Expert verification decisions are final and binding.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed by us within 2 days after the order cancellation, and an email will be sent to you. Your payment provider/bank usually takes up to 10 days to process and credit back the funds. Please contact your payment provider/bank for details.

Gifting & Rewards

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we offer Curated Wines Gift cards ($25–$500) are delivered by email. Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order; you can also use a card across multiple orders until the balance is exhausted.

Do you offer cashback or rewards?

Yes. We offer Cashback Cellar, Singapore’s first cash back program that rewards you with gift cards on qualifying orders (all wines below $150; minimum spends apply; code emailed within 7 business days).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

This service is not offered on individual orders. For bulk orders during the festive season, we can work with gifting partners to deliver this service.

Do I need an account to order?

It is always better to have your account with Curated Wines for faster checkout and order history. If you do not have an account, you can check out as a guest or create an account.

Compliance

What is the legal drinking age?

Under Singapore law, only persons aged 18 and above may purchase/receive alcohol. Delivery may require valid photo ID. Curated Wines strictly complies with the law.
