Bodega Chacra Sin Azufre 2021 is a pure, unfiltered Pinot Noir made with no added sulfites, expressing the soul of Patagonia in its rawest form.
Bright ruby in appearance, it boasts wild aromas of crushed berries, forest floor, and spice. On the palate, it’s juicy and vibrant, with notes of cherry, raspberry, and dried herbs. Tannins are fine and grippy, and the finish is earthy and lingering.
Great with grilled vegetables, game meats, or lentil stews. Made with biodynamic grapes and aged in concrete tanks, this wine offers an unadulterated taste of terroir.
