Tasting notes

A fresh and gourmet expression of 100% Marsanne from granitic soils near Chavanay in the Northern Rhone. The nose presents delicate white fruit and floral notes with subtle minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh and rounded with white peach and citrus flavors, supported by gentle acidity. Spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and six months of lees aging in used barrels build texture, finishing with a slight almond bitterness that adds complexity.

Serving temperature

Serve at 10-12 °C

Food pairings

Grilled white fish, creamy pasta, goat cheese salad, chicken in white sauce; Asian pairings: steamed fish with soy and ginger, Thai coconut soup, Vietnamese pho ga, Japanese tofu dengaku
