Champagne Virginie T Extra Brut NV dazzles with its refined bubbles and crisp elegance.
Pale gold with a persistent mousse, it offers aromas of green apple, brioche, and citrus zest. The palate is dry and vibrant, featuring flavors of lemon, white peach, and toasted almond, balanced by racy acidity and a creamy texture. The finish is long and mineral-driven, leaving a refreshing impression.
Pair this Champagne with oysters, sushi, or light canapés to highlight its finesse. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, and aged on lees for complexity, this Extra Brut is a celebration in every glass.

Virginie T: Heritage, Innovation & Family-Crafted Excellence

Founded in 2008 by Virginie Taittinger—daughter of Champagne magnate Claude Taittinger—and her son Ferdinand Pougatch, Champagne Virginie T represents a bold new chapter rooted in legacy
Located in Sillery, at the foot of Montagne de Reims, the estate produces small-batch Champagne—just ~35,000 bottles of Extra Brut NV annually
Their philosophy marries tradition and innovation: sourcing from premier & grand crus, extended lees ageing, and a modern sensibility aimed at discerning new generations
Virginie’s years at Taittinger taught her refined blending, viticulture, marketing, and respect for terroir. Ferdinand, with international wine training, now crafts cuvées with precision and vision
Extra Brut NV reflects this duality: dry yet expressive, nuanced yet bold. Six years on the lees refine its complexity—fine, persistent bubbles frame citrus, brioche, yellow plum, and a gentle smoky whisper .
In Virginie’s words, the goal was to “seduce new generations… thirst for novelty,” all while preserving Champagne’s soul. The result is modern, elegant, and timeless.
