Discover the essence of Thierry Mortet Chambolle Musigny, a biodynamic Pinot Noir

Crafted from grapes sourced from a single 22-hectare plot in Burgundy, France, Domaine Thierry Mortet presents a true masterpiece.

With vines aged around 45 years and deeply rooted in fine clay and limestone soils, this wine embodies elegance and exclusivity. Hand-harvested and meticulously sorted, the clusters undergo a 5-day cold maceration followed by a 15-day fermentation period with twice-daily plunging.

After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 16 months in oak barrels, imparting depth and complexity. Only a quarter of the barrels are new, preserving the wine's pristine quality. Continuing their family's legacy, Thierry Mortet embraces biodynamic principles and environmental stewardship, resulting in a charming wine with notes of red berries, cherries, raspberries, violet, and a subtle earthiness.

Already captivating in its youth, this wine showcases extreme elegance with a silky texture and a mix of raspberry and blackberry flavors.
