Discover this esteemed appellation, encompassing around twenty plots spanning 3 hectares. The vines, ranging from 20 to 60 years old, thrive on a variety of clay-limestone soils, including stony, marly, and rocky substrates.

With careful attention, 30% of the aging process takes place in new barrels for 16-17 months, while 70% matures in vats for 5 months before being transferred to older barrels for an additional 11-12 months.

The masterful blending of new and old barrels reaches its peak at bottling, ensuring a harmonious balance of flavors and textures in every sip.

The Domaine Thierry Mortet Vineyards, founded in 1992 with a 4-hectare vineyard, have now expanded to 7 hectares (17.5 acres) and produce 85% red wine and 15% white.

Starting with the 2010 vintage, the Estate is certified Organic.
