Pete's Pure Sauvignon Blanc displays a zesty fragrant nose of tropical fruits, passion-fruit and gooseberry, along with a flinty, mineral edge. An extremely engaging nose that displays all the classical Sauvignon Blanc varietal markers with purity and focus.

 

The palate follows on with distinct tropical fruit flavours, and intensely wound passion-fruit. Slate light acidity adds a nervous tension to the wine, balanced beautifully against the fuller weighted mouthwatering finish full of length.
