The Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne boasts a harmonious blend of 25–30 Chardonnay crus, with a majority sourced from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and La Vallée de la Vesle, showcasing the region's diverse terroir.
It is carefully crafted with hand-harvested grapes, 20–30% reserve wine across various vintages, and aged 2–3 years in cellars.
Upon visual inspection, it displays a brilliant pale yellow hue with almond green and jade green reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of fresh fruit like ripe lemon, juicy pear, or freshly picked peach, along with floral hints and a spicy ginger-peppercorn touch. On the palate, it has a gentle yet lingering finish with refreshing citrus and tropical notes.
Beyond necessity, sustainability is a source of innovation and a driving force of creativity for Ruinart. That is why the Champagne House took an unprecedented action, launching an eco-designed packaging, made of paper, as an alternative to the gift box.
