Alvaro Palacios Finca Dofi is a characterful red that brings together dark berry fruit, savoury spice and a structured, polished finish.

Winemaking prioritises definition, with controlled fermentation and gentle maceration, then a patient maturation to polish structure and extend the finish.

The philosophy behind the wine supports environmentally mindful farming practices, prioritising vine health and fruit integrity as the foundation for transparent flavour.

Made by a quality-focused team, the wine reflects a commitment to thoughtful viticulture and measured maturation, with an emphasis on sense of place over heavy-handed winemaking. Behind the label is a hands-on philosophy, where decisions are shaped by the people leading the estate and their long-term vision for the vineyards.

Deep garnet with ruby highlights. Intensely complex nose of ripe dark cherry, blackberry, and pomegranate with layers of Mediterranean herbs, rosemary, thyme, and black tea. Subtle smoky mineral notes from the llicorella slate terroir add further dimension. Full-bodied and polished on the palate with silky, fine-grained tannins and bright acidity providing remarkable freshness. Concentrated dark fruit flavours interweave with elegant floral violet notes and garrigue complexity. Exceptionally long and harmonious finish with persistent minerality and refined depth.
