When the storied Hotel Ritz in Paris’s 1er Arrondissement reopened to guests recently, the Champagne they hoisted to celebrate the occasion was none other than this Barons de Rothschild Brut.
When the Rothschild family sets out to make a wine, they aim to create an icon, and it shows in their exquisite Brut. Pale golden with pinpoint bubbles, crisp and clean on the palate, bursting with freshly cut apples and a complex underpinning of roasted hazelnut and toast, it’s the kind of Champagne quality you'd expect from the family behind First Growth Lafite Rothschild and Pomerol star L'Évangile.
