Cordero Di Montezemolo Barolo Monfalletto is a characterful release built around concentrated fruit, peppery nuance and a long, tapered finish.

In the cellar, vinification is geared toward balance: extraction is kept measured to preserve finesse, then the wine is matured in oak and/or neutral vessels to knit tannins and build complexity without masking fruit. Nebbiolo is handled with patient maceration and a long, slow maturation that builds aromatic complexity and a firm, age-worthy structure. The philosophy behind the wine supports environmentally mindful farming, prioritising balanced vines and healthy fruit as the foundation for transparent flavour and vintage expression.

Driven by a commitment to craftsmanship, the winery's work centres on thoughtful viticulture and patient maturation, producing wines that earn attention for their poise and personality.
