Clean, persistent finish with a pleasant bitter almond note and saline freshness.

Pieropan Soave Classico Doc is a characterful release built around vibrant freshness, subtle savoury nuance and a gently mouthwatering finish.

The wine is crafted with a light touch: gentle pressing, controlled fermentation and subtle lees work build mid-palate while preserving freshness and aromatic lift. Sustainability is approached through responsible viticulture and thoughtful sourcing, favouring healthier vineyards and lower-impact practices so the wine can be made with minimal corrective intervention.

The producer behind this wine focuses on site expression and consistency, crafting small-lot bottlings that prioritise balance, clarity and a strong sense of place. (Pieropan).
