Renzo Tedeschi's passion for excellent wine, as an emblem of its terroir, inspired him to craft this singular Tedeschi Amarone Riserva La Fabriseria.
Using Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes from the Fabriseria vineyard of Valpolicella Classica between Fumane and Sant'Ambrogio, the vintner seeks to create a strong-structured, aromatic wine with increasing complexity. Few vintages have been crafted since 1983, all beginning as extraordinary at harvest and maturing further post-vinification.
This Amarone brims with character and complexity. It showcases notes of roasting, vanilla, tobacco, redcurrant, raspberry, cherry, honey, and alcohol on the nose and palate. It is full-bodied, velvety on the tongue, and has a long, spicy finish. The flavor lingers for an expansive period.
