Amarone

Amarone della Valpolicella is one of Italy's most dramatic
and distinctive wines. Made in the Veneto region from partially dried Corvina and Rondinella grapes, Amarone is richly concentrated, full-bodied, and deeply complex — with flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, espresso, and spice.
The drying process (known as appassimento) intensifies the sugars and flavours to produce a wine of exceptional power. Amarone pairs magnificently with game, slow-braised meats, aged cheeses, and rich stews. An experience in a glass,
curated from the finest Veronese producers.

About Amarone

Amarone della Valpolicella is one of Italy’s most iconic wines, created in the Veneto region through the unique appassimento process where grapes are partially dried to concentrate flavor and richness. The result is a wine of remarkable depth, with flavors of dried cherry, fig, cocoa, spice, and tobacco across a velvety palate.

Amarone is a wine of structure and grandeur, often paired with braised meats, mature cheeses, or rich sauces. It also creates captivating pairings with Asian cuisine such as spicy beef or braised duck, where its intensity complements bold flavors.

A true luxury and a collector’s favorite, Amarone represents the artistry of Italian winemaking at its finest, bridging tradition and indulgence.
