Why this case
A tour of Italy's best-loved wines, from north to south. The case opens with a Bottega Prosecco from the Veneto, then two crisp whites: a dry, mineral Gavi from Marchesi di Barolo in Piedmont and a fresh Falanghina from Feudi di San Gregorio in Campania.
Three classic reds follow: a Chianti Classico from Tenute Rossetti, a cherry-bright Valpolicella Superiore from Tedeschi and a Montefalco Rosso from Arnaldo Caprai in Umbria, a Sangiovese blend with a touch of Sagrantino. Made for the table, they suit pasta, pizza and grilled meats, as well as sushi, Korean BBQ and sweet and sour pork. Every wine is handpicked, and the case comes with an extra 5% off.

How to enjoy this case
- Start with the bubbles: chill the Bottega Vino dei Poeti Prosecco well and open it first, as the aperitif or with shrimp tempura and light snacks.
- Two crisp whites: the Marchesi di Barolo Gavi is dry and mineral, lovely with sushi, sashimi and shellfish; the Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina is fresh and fruity, a good match for seafood pasta and lemon chicken.
- Three Italian reds: the Tedeschi Valpolicella Superiore, cherry-fresh and medium-bodied, with pizza or sweet and sour pork; the Tenute Rossetti Chianti Classico with pasta in meat sauce or Korean BBQ; the Arnaldo Caprai Montefalco Rosso, a rich Sangiovese blend with Sagrantino, with grilled red meats or braised pork belly.
- Serving: whites and Prosecco well chilled; give the reds 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge before opening, as Singapore room temperature is too warm for red wine.
- Leftovers: re-cork opened bottles and keep them in the fridge; still wines stay fresh for 2 to 3 days.
