Aalto Fuente De Las Hontanillas Blanco De Parcela is an expressive release built around pure fruit definition, lifted aromatics and a long, precise finish.

The approach in the winery is clean and measured: gentle pressing, controlled fermentation and subtle lees contact build mid-palate while preserving freshness and aromatic lift.

Vineyard work is guided by a sustainability-first mindset, with attention to soil vitality and long-term stewardship; any organic or biodynamic certifications are reflected in the product details where applicable.

The producer behind this label focuses on site expression and consistency, crafting wines that feel authentic, balanced and quietly distinctive.

Tasting notes

Bright yellow with golden reflections. Aromatic nose of ripe red apple, citrus, and white flowers with subtle spicy notes beautifully integrated from 10 months in French oak bocoys. Fresh and crisp on the palate with generous volume and satisfying textural complexity. Flavours of stone fruit and citrus are framed by gentle woody nuances and a fine mineral thread from the limestone soils at 850 metres elevation. Persistent and elegant finish with excellent balance between richness and acidity.
