Bodegas Roda Cirsion is a finely balanced wine shaped by a confident core of fruit, subtle savoury complexity and an elegant line of structure.

The wine is vinified with a controlled, site-first approach, then matured to integrate texture and savoury nuance without obscuring the fruit's character. Careful selection and measured maturation are used to balance ripeness with freshness, creating a polished, modern style.

Vineyard work is guided by a sustainability-first mindset, with attention to soil vitality and long-term stewardship; any organic or biodynamic certifications are reflected in the product details where applicable.

Driven by craftsmanship and careful selection, the team works to capture a genuine sense of place across each cuvée.

Tasting notes

Very intense, deep, and almost impenetrable dark cherry red. Extraordinarily complex nose of ripe blackberry, blueberry, and sloe with layers of violet, damp earth, clove, cinnamon, and black pepper. Hints of hot-stone minerality, tar, and cocoa powder add further dimension. Rich and velvety on the palate with immense fullness and volume yet maintaining an elegant silkiness. Impeccable tannins are seamlessly integrated into the wine's generous structure. The finish is remarkably long, flavourful, and refined with lingering spice and dark fruit complexity.
