Casarena DNA Cabernet Sauvignon is a poised red wine shaped by Cabernet Sauvignon character, with ripe fruit concentration, hints of dried herbs and a long, tapering close. The original winery gift carton contains 3 individual 750 ml bottles.

Cabernet Sauvignon is shaped through careful fermentation and structured maturation; time in oak and/or neutral vessels helps integrate tannins and add a subtle savoury frame around the fruit.

Sustainability is approached through responsible vineyard work and thoughtful sourcing, aiming for healthier soils and balanced fruit so the wine can be made with minimal corrective intervention.

The winery behind this wine is driven by craftsmanship and detail, focusing on translating vineyard character into a style that feels authentic, polished and consistent. The story here is guided by the people at the helm, prioritising consistency, integrity and a clear expression of fruit and site.
