A powerful and structured Cornas crafted from 100% Syrah grown on century-old vines planted in 1911 on an amphitheatre-shaped granite hillside. The nose reveals sun-kissed dark berries, black cherry, aromatic herbs, and roasted coffee beans with black pepper and licorice undertones. The palate presents a classic Cornas chassis with Cuilleron's signature restraint, offering supple yet finely structured tannins and an elegantly scented profile. Eighteen months in barriques builds remarkable intensity, with the wine developing silkiness over years of cellaring.
