Tasting notes

A charming and expressive Northern Rhone Syrah from granite and alluvial soils near Chavanay. The deep purple robe introduces an expressive nose of brambly fruits, spice, and violets. On the palate, fruits des bois combine with red fruit and a touch of pepper over a supple texture. Eight months of aging in a blend of stainless steel and barrels preserves freshness while building structure. The finish is fresh with a granitic mineral signature that speaks to its terroir origins.
