A balanced and elegant non-vintage Champagne blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier from Grands and Premiers Crus. The expressive nose reveals white flowers, white peach, apricot, citrus fruits, and brioche. On the palate, a seductive freshness meets round generosity with flavors of pear compote and acacia honey. Three years of lees aging in historic chalk cellars beneath the Avenue de Champagne delivers a creamy texture with a refined, harmonious finish.
