Tasting notes

A prestigious vintage Champagne produced only in exceptional years, blending 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from select Grand and Premier Cru plots. The rich and generous nose reveals quince, honey, candied citrus fruits, orange peel, and brioche. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with notable freshness, presenting lemon peel, gingerbread, figs, and raspberry over a silky refined texture. Extended lees aging in historic chalk cellars imparts remarkable complexity with a delicate mineral finish.
