Champagne Boizel Joyau de France Rosé, in its own gift box, is the rosé edition of this Épernay house's most prestigious cuvée, first introduced in 2000.

The blend draws Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru villages, with a portion of the wine vinified in oak casks, then rests for years on its lees in Boizel's historic chalk cellars beneath the Avenue de Champagne, with the exact disgorgement date printed on every bottle.

Boizel ages its wines patiently, well beyond the appellation's minimum, a long-standing family discipline rather than a marketing exercise.

Founded in 1834 by Auguste and Julie Boizel, the house has stayed family-run for six generations, with René Boizel creating the original Joyau de France in 1961 to mark an exceptional vintage, a name for what he called the jewels of the cellar.
