Tasting notes

A delicate and complex rose Champagne blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, with a small portion of red wine from Cumieres and Les Riceys adding depth. The pale pink robe with golden coppery glints leads to vibrant aromas of red berries, rose petals, and subtle spice. On the palate, raspberry and strawberry mingle with citrus notes over a satin-smooth texture. The finish is elegant with great length, supported by characteristic minerality from Champagne's chalky soils.
