Tasting notes

An elegant Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the prized terroir of Oger. The nose reveals fragrant sweet yeasts, floral notes, and bright minerality with lemon zest, white grapefruit, and tangerine. On the palate, green apple and blossom combine with fresh vanilla and brioche over a refined mineral backbone of wet stone and flint. A minimum 40% reserve wine blend and extended lees aging contribute depth and a long, toasty finish.
