Tasting notes

A refined Grand Cru Champagne from the family estate in Oger, blending predominantly Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The nose presents toasty lemon, orange peel, and marzipan aromas with hints of brioche. The palate is soft and creamy with almond, pear, and citrus flavors, supported by fine, celebratory bubbles. Careful winemaking with partial malolactic fermentation preserves freshness and elegance, while extended aging on lees delivers a long, refined finish.

Serve at 6-8 °C

Food pairings

Light canapes, shrimp cocktail, mild cheeses, poached fish; Asian pairings: vegetarian curry puffs, Chinese prawn dumplings, Thai fish cakes, Japanese cucumber maki
