Elioro, meaning 'hill of the sun', is a Chardonnay from the sunny Monfalletto hillside of Cordero di Montezemolo, aged in French oak.

Golden yellow, it shows citrus, grapefruit and banana, with toasted hazelnut, honey and subtle oak spice.

Powerful yet fresh, with pineapple and baked apple and a creamy texture from six months in barrel, it finishes long with vanilla and a fine mineral thread.

A good match for lobster, roast chicken with truffle or asparagus risotto.

The palate is powerful yet fresh, with concentrated flavours of pineapple, star fruit, and baked apple, underpinned by a creamy texture from six months in French oak barrels. Long, persistent finish with notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and a fine mineral thread.
