Gramona Celler Batlle Gran Reserva Brut is a finely balanced wine shaped by bright fruit precision, subtle pastry-like complexity and a persistent, polished mousse.

Crafted in a traditional-method style, the wine gains finesse through secondary fermentation and extended time on lees, building texture and complexity while retaining freshness. A longer maturation gives the wine extra depth and integration, layering complexity while keeping the palate composed.

Sustainability is approached through responsible viticulture and thoughtful sourcing, favouring healthier vineyards and lower-impact practices so the wine can be made with minimal corrective intervention.

The producer behind this label focuses on site expression and consistency, crafting wines that feel authentic, balanced and quietly distinctive.

Tasting notes

Rich golden yellow with fine, continuous, and elegant bubbles. Extraordinarily complex bouquet of mature white peach, grapefruit, and toasted bread crust with layers of praline, toasted almond, coffee, and rosemary. The palate is powerful and voluminous, with a creamy, melting mousse and flavours of golden apple, candied citrus, and buttery pastry, balanced by pure acidity and silky texture. Exceptionally long finish with a mineral chalk and sea breeze persistence.
