Gramona Enoteca Brut Nature Gran Reserva is a poised bottling defined by poise and freshness, gentle toasty nuance and a clean, focused finish.

Crafted in a traditional-method style, the wine gains finesse through secondary fermentation and extended time on lees, building texture and complexity while retaining freshness. A longer maturation gives the wine extra depth and integration, layering complexity while keeping the palate composed.

The philosophy behind the wine supports environmentally mindful farming and careful vineyard decisions, aiming for balanced fruit and clear vintage expression.

Driven by craftsmanship and careful selection, the team works to capture a genuine sense of place across each cuvée.

Tasting notes

Deep gold with amber reflections and an ultra-fine, persistent bead. Monumental nose of toasted hazelnut, brioche, and honey with profound layers of smoky complexity, peppery white fruit, and lemony citrus. The palate is astonishingly concentrated and vinous, with a creamy fullness that belies its zero dosage, featuring flavours of aged cheese, dried apricot, and toasted almond. Extraordinarily long, smoky finish with chalky minerality and an almost Burgundian depth and texture.

Serving temperature

Serve at 8-10 °C

Food pairings

Pan-seared langoustines with champagne beurre blanc, white truffle risotto, caviar blini with crème fraîche, roasted turbot with saffron sauce; Asian pairings: omakase kaiseki, Cantonese steamed grouper with aged soy, uni and toro sushi, lobster laksa
