Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with grey-golden tones. Fresh and inviting nose of citrus, green apple, and grapefruit with subtle notes of balsamic herbs and fine lees. The palate is cool and refreshing with a unique fruit emphasis, featuring flavours of pear, lime, and white peach supported by good acidity, unctuosity, and a medium body. Long, intense finish with fruit evocations and a mineral thread from the clay-sandy soils.
