Tasting notes

Delicate salmon pink with copper reflections and a fine, crisp perlage. Inviting nose of wild strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant with fragrant notes of thyme, lavender, and fennel. The palate is fresh, lively, and structured with a creamy mousse and flavours of red berries, stone fruit, and a hint of vanilla. Elegant and dry, with fine, well-integrated bubbles and a persistent finish of balsamic undertones and floral lift.
