Tasting notes

A plush and bold English sparkling Blanc de Noirs crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. The wine opens with intense red-fruit aromas of ripe raspberry, red apple, and blueberry, reflecting the richness of this black grape variety. The palate is generous and full-bodied with a velvety mousse, delivering layers of red berry fruit, brioche, and subtle toast from extended lees aging. A chalky mineral backbone provides structure, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
