Tasting notes

An elegant and complex still Chardonnay from Kent, barrel-fermented in French oak barriques and puncheons. The nose presents honeyed citrus, orchard fruit, and toasted nut aromas with subtle marine notes. On the palate, lemon zest and pineapple combine with sweet spices and striking minerality, supported by a silky texture from gentle malolactic fermentation. The finish is fresh and persistent with warm oak notes of candied citrus and oatmeal.
