The Immich Batterieberg Detonation Riesling (Dry) is a powerful, elegant, and saline dry Riesling with a pale straw color, featuring aromas of ripe apple, citrus zest, and mineral notes like slate and crushed rock on the nose.
On the palate, it offers a precise mouthfeel with a jolt of minerality, complemented by notes of white peach, lime, and grapefruit, leading to a long, crystalline, and saline finish.
It is a refined and concentrated, not fully dry, wine made from organically grown, old vines from the estate's best sites.
