Delivery
Kadeka products purchased on curatedwines.sg are shipped directly by our supplier, Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd. Their team will contact you to arrange delivery, which typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday, 9am–1pm.

The price includes delivery to the lift landing floor. Additional arrangements must be coordinated directly with the supplier.

Warranty
Kadeka products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase. Compressors carry a 5-year warranty; however, labour, transport, and gas refills after 12 months are the purchaser’s responsibility.

The warranty excludes damage due to mishandling, misuse, modifications, lack of maintenance, corrosion, rust, unauthorized repairs, and cleaning. It does not cover batteries, panels, doors, accessories (e.g., shelves, keys, knobs), or dryer filters.
