Brilliant pale yellow with delicate, streaming bubbles. Fragrant nose of white peach, Bartlett pear, and jasmine with subtle hints of almond and fresh herbs. The palate is elegantly light and crisp, with flavours of green apple, citrus blossom, and white nectarine. Dry and mineral-driven finish with a refreshing saline quality and persistent aromatic length.
