Certified organic estate since 2008, the first in Soave to achieve full organic certification, practising biodynamic principles with cover crops, natural pest management, and minimal sulphur use

Tasting notes

Brilliant golden straw with warm amber reflections. Complex bouquet of ripe peach, apricot, and orange blossom with nuances of toasted hazelnut, saffron, and flint. The palate is rich and layered, with concentrated flavours of tropical fruit, honey, and candied ginger, underpinned by a powerful volcanic minerality. Extraordinarily long finish with notes of roasted almond and smoky mineral persistence.
