The Puchang Rkatsiteli S is a pale, bright straw-yellow organic white wine from China's Turpan Valley, known for its floral aromas and notes of white peach, pear, and citrus blossom.
It offers a fresh and balanced palate with crisp acidity, hints of minerality, and a refreshing, long finish.
Made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes grown in an organic vineyard and benefitting from natural snowmelt, the wine is fermented and aged with some contact in stainless steel tanks and partial oak aging, creating a soft, slightly creamy texture.
