Raventós de Nit Rose is an intriguing rosé that conceals the soul of a white wine in its purity and transparence. A splash of Monastrell imparts a special complexity and elegance to Raventós cuvée de Nit, though the classic mineral freshness of this revered Cava house is untouched. A wonderful selection for special occasions with delicate sandwiches, sliced ham, and young cheeses. This wine is made up of the traditional Cava varieties with a touch of Monastrell. The hand-harvested grapes are assembled and secondary fermentation occurs in bottle, which rests for at least 15 months before disgorgement.

The estate consists of 44 parcels (managed separately) representing about 300 hectares of vines planted mainly with native varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada. The soils, the deep Galera, consist of different layers of marine fossil sediments embedded in clay and silt with a limestone base. The climate is typically Mediterranean with mild winters and hot and dry summers, whose temperature fluctuations are tempered by the proximity of the sea. The annual production is about 800,000 bottles. The vine is cultivated biodynamically.
