Recanati Reserve Marselan, in its own gift box, showcases a lesser-known grape thriving on the volcanic soils of Israel's Golan Heights.

The hand-harvested fruit is grown at high altitude on a basaltic plateau, where warm days and cool nights build concentration, before the wine is aged in French oak to bring out its dark fruit, mint and spice character.

Recanati crafts this wine using vegan-friendly methods, avoiding animal-derived fining agents throughout production.

Founded in 2000 by Lenny Recanati and Uri Shaked, this Upper Galilee winery has been at the forefront of Israel's modern wine revolution, pairing classic and Mediterranean grape varieties under chief winemaker Kobi Arviv.

Sustainability
