The Roussanne and Marsanne vines for this wine are grown in high-altitude Galilee vineyards where significant day-to-night temperature variation naturally limits fungal disease pressure, allowing growers to farm with minimal intervention while maintaining cover crops to support soil health.

Tasting notes
▾

Pale gold with elegant aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, fresh herbs, and a subtle nutty quality from Roussanne. The high-altitude Galilee vineyards preserve freshness and tension, while Marsanne adds textural weight and a gentle waxy, mineral quality on the mid-palate. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and a clean, moderately long finish.
