Rongopai Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has a fuller, pungent yet softer style that develops well. This wine is clean and fresh with fruit from several vineyards situated throughout Marlborough.

It embraces aromatically with a soft smoky perfume and a touch of mandarin.

Finely textured and generous palate with a crisp finish. Flavours of citrus, melon and a touch of sweet garden herbs.

After harvest the grapes are quickly crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where the juice is fermented at controlled cool temperatures to capture the intense varietal flavours.  The wine is then blended and bottled.

It works well with a white meat dish. Great with oysters or a green salad.
