Tasting notes

Vibrant ruby red with purple reflections. Fresh and inviting nose of tart cherries, strawberries, and violets with notes of blueberry, cedar, and white pepper. The palate is medium to full-bodied with juicy flavours of ripe plum, red cherry, and liquorice, complemented by firm yet polished tannins and vibrant acidity. Savoury finish with earthy undertones and a spicy hint of black pepper that adds complexity.
