Why this case

Travel the wine world without leaving home. The case starts with an Italian sparkling rosé and a Soave, moves on to a Sauvignon Blanc from Central Otago in New Zealand, then finishes with three reds: a Côtes du Rhône from France, a Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero in Spain and a Malbec from Mendoza in Argentina.

With a bottle of bubbles, two whites and three reds, there is something for every occasion, from a celebration to a weeknight dinner. It is also an easy way to discover which grapes and countries you enjoy most. All six wines are already marked down, and the case adds an extra 5% on top.

How to enjoy this case

  • Taste from light to bold: Nino Franco Faive (sparkling rosé, Italy), then Pieropan Soave (Italy), Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand), André Brunel Côtes du Rhône (France), Protos Roble (Spain) and Casarena Malbec (Argentina).
  • A tasting evening in a box: five countries, six styles, one bottle of each, so everyone finds a favourite.
  • Start with the bubbles: the Faive is a good welcome drink while guests arrive.
  • Serving: sparkling and whites well chilled; give the reds 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge before opening, as Singapore room temperature is too warm for red wine.
