2.  All qualifying and promotional items must be purchased in one order and shipped to a single address.

3. This promotion applies to qualifying wines displayed on the promotion pages of this store website and valid till stocks last.

4. Curated Wines reserve the right to extend, modify or cancel the offer at any time and without notice.

5. If you do not purchase the qualifying promotional items added to your Shopping Cart when the promotion is in effect, the discount will not apply.

6. Mixed case must be created from wines within each Cellar. Combining wines from two or more different cellars is not permitted.

7. We introduce new offers on a regular basis and in the event, there are multiple offers on a particular wine, the best offer will be applied by the system. 

8. This promotion may not be combined with other offers, including Gift Cards or other discounts.

9. Mixed cases will be delivered to your specified address free of charge under this promotion.
